Terms of Stay

Reservation & Booking

All bookings are confirmed by our team via WhatsApp or phone call. A booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation message from our team. We do not process online payments — payment is collected at the time of check-in.

Check-in & Check-out

Check-in is from 12:00 PM (noon) and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Cancellation Policy

We request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Cancellations within 24 hours of check-in may be charged for one night. For Simhastha Kumbh and festival periods, a longer notice period may apply — this will be communicated at the time of booking.

Guest Conduct

As a trust-run dharamshala, we ask all guests to maintain a peaceful and respectful atmosphere. Visitors are expected to respect the sanctity of the premises, fellow guests, and our staff. Smoking, alcohol, and non-vegetarian food are not permitted within the dharamshala.

Liability

While we take every care to ensure your safety and comfort, Madhav Seva Niwas is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to belongings. We recommend keeping valuables with you at all times.
